The training behind the workforce
Our operators are made work-ready by going through a rigorous training program that assess their experience, competence, skill and awareness.
Screening & shortlisting of operators
The operators are screened based on the interview where years of experience, safety awareness, appropriate license, proximity to site etc are considered.
Assessment Test
The shortlisted operators are considered for practical assessment. The operators are verified for awareness of forklift knowledge and skill sets.
Competency Test
The qualified operators has to undergo a competency test where they need to carry out the material handling activities on a predefined critical path. This will ensure the operators are competent enough to operate at customer's site.
Training
Training modules emphasises on operational standard operating procedures & the safety awareness. Post the trainings, operator has to undergo a written test and only the qualified operators are deployed at the site.
